01 How much does 1 SMS cost?

It depends on your plan. Starting from RM 0.100/SMS (Enterprise) to RM 0.120/SMS (Free). The higher your plan, the cheaper per SMS.

02 Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire. Use them whenever you need.

03 What is the minimum top-up?

Depends on your plan: Free (RM 10), Starter (RM 50), Pro (RM 100), Enterprise (RM 1,000).

04 Can I upgrade my plan anytime?

Yes. Upgrade anytime from your dashboard. Your existing credits carry over.

05 What is the API rate limit?

Starter: 10 requests/sec, Pro: 30 requests/sec, Enterprise: 100 requests/sec. Free plan does not include API access.

06 How many contacts can I store?

All plans include unlimited contacts. Store as many as you need.

07 Can I send to international numbers?

Currently optimized for Malaysian numbers (60xxxxx). International support coming soon.

08 Is there a contract or commitment?

No. Pay-as-you-go. No monthly fees, no contracts. Cancel anytime.

09 Can I integrate SMS into my website/app?

Yes! We provide a REST API with full documentation. Available on Starter plan and above.

10 How do I top up credits?
